This project completely replaces the original San Andreas map and atmosphere with a new environment inspired by the gritty urban landscapes of Detroit, Pittsburgh, Cleveland and other Rust Belt cities. The map also incorporates all of the locations from the levels featured in Manhunt (2003).

Set in the year 2001, the mod introduces a brand-new storyline that embraces a dark, immersive tone, offering players a fresh and intense experience within a reimagined world.
